Angelic Reiki – Grief & Life Coaching
Angelic Reiki©
An Angelic Reiki session is conducted in three parts and lasts approximately sixty minutes.
What to expect during the session.
Sessions are conducted over the phone or via Zoom. It is required that you be able to meet for your scheduled appt in a private location away from all distractions.
- ^The first 15-20 minutes of your session will be a discussion. Please be prepared to discuss what brought you to angelic reiki and what you hope to receive during your session.
- ^You will be asked to either lie down or sit in a comfortable position. You will be in this position for approx. 25-30 minutes so comfort is key.
- ^We will wrap up the session with a sharing of your experience with an opportunity for questions and creating a plan for the next steps in your healing journey.
During your session, you may or may not: experience heat, cold, pulsing, tingling, itching, twitching; see colors; be aware of emotions surfacing; receive insights; get actual guidance from Angels; feel deeply relaxed; etc. We all experience things in life differently and that is equally true with Angelic Reiki.
Whatever you do, or do not, experience through your senses will be perfect for you and it has no bearing on the effectiveness of the Angelic Reiki.

Grief Coaching
Millions are affected each year by Grief…
The death of a loved one, divorce, family estrangement, and health changes are all profound LOSSES. Even the “usual” changes that come with life (moving, career changes, retirement) can leave you grieving what once was.
This grief can cripple your life and create fears and worries thus negatively impacting your life. As a From Grief to Gratitude Certified Coach, I coach clients through the transformative process of handling the painful emotions of loss, acknowledging their grief, and moving forward in life with meaning and purpose.
What to expect during the session.
Sessions are conducted over the phone or via Zoom. It is required that you be able to meet for your scheduled appt in a private location away from all distractions.
Everything shared is confidential.
Sessions are one-to-one conversations between the coach and the client.
A typical coaching session usually lasts an hour.
Sessions are client-driven. We will discuss what’s on your heart & mind that day.
There is no strict agenda or timeline that is followed, coaching is catered to the specific needs of the client. I will meet you where you are emotionally.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND GRIEF COACHING?
Life coaching empowers you in all areas of your life, while grief and loss coaching is a dedicated specialty focused on the client’s grief. While there are similarities, the approach of the sessions is different.
Please Note:
Grief coaching is not a substitute for counseling, therapy, or any kind of mental health services. I strongly encourage clients who may need this kind of support to get it! I am happy to work with clients who are also receiving mental health services. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, please call 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988), The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255), or contact the Crisis Text Line by texting HOME to 741741.
Life Coaching
Have you ever felt STUCK…you certainly aren’t alone, even though it can feel that way.
Your life coach will be your partner in helping you get unstuck, holding you accountable when you have lost sight of your goals and dreams, shine the light on your talents and what brings you joy. You will be asked difficult questions, always with kindness. The objective is to help you explore yourself to the fullest so that you can get in touch with who you really are and what you really want.
